To be successful in seeking offshore employment, you must be willing to do what average and ordinary people are not willing to do. First of all, thereâ??s likely to be travel involved with your job. Ron Edwards, for example, has been at it since 1972 and has worked alongside Americans, Spaniards, Brazilians, Norwegians, Dutchmen, Mexicans, Englishmen, Philippines and Australians. He says heâ??s seen the good, the bad, and the ugly, but heâ??s made a lot of friends, as well as a few acquaintances that were not quite so friendly. His only regret is he didnâ??t get started sooner
