What are the best answers for the following job application questions?
1. What responsiblities do you or have you had that prepared you for your responsibilities at thsi job? (KFC)
2. If you know someoneat work who is involved morally or legally unjust activity, what is your responsibility to your employer?
3. What are some legitimate reason to miss work?
4. Why is it important to keep you work area free from unnecessary clutter?
5. What do you think you owe your employer?
6. What does your wmployer owe to you?
7. What distinguishes you time from company time?
2. Your responsibility to the employer is to make sure that you do your part to contribute to a productive and safe environment. Sometimes that means making difficult choices when others cannot follow the rules and bringing this to the attention of management.
3. Legitimate reasons to miss work are sickness, so as not to infect those around you, and certain personal emergencies such as a death or illness of children.
4. Dumb question – I suppose if you must answer I would say that my desk represents where I work and even if I can function in a cluttered mess, it gives the impression to those around me that I am unorganized and unfit for more responsibility.
5. When on the job my employer can expect my full attention and focus on the tasks at hand. They should know that while I am working I am thinking of ways to improve my own performance and that of the company.
6. My employer owes me the training I need to perform to the best of my abilities in addition to a safe environment where my skills and abilities can flourish. Both the employee and the company will benefit from a collaborative workplace.
