I have three questions concerning a job application for a hospital?

How can I word and answer these three questions in a professional way? The position I’m applying for is Unit Clerk part time. The only requirements that are needed for this position; is your high school diploma; I recieved my high school diploma back in 2006.

One of the questions is: List any computer software or office equipment that you can use.

The next one is: Please identify skills that you have that are relative to the job which you are applying.

The last one is: Indicate any honors, professional societies and related professional activities that you feel might be helpful in considering your application.

I can give you one, let’s other help the rest

Computer software or office equipment: Computer software is microsoft office such as: MS word, Excel, etc…

Office equipment should be computer, PC or notebook, telephone, dictaphone, fax and scanner etc…

No need to mention internet browsing.
