The nature of Gore-Tex PacLite shells comes from the ingenious design of laminate on the inside of the fabric. Combined with factory-sealed seams, you re ensured a dry, comfortable experience. The punch-through bicep cuffs and APT adjustable neoprene punch-through collar do an incredible job sealing out water, and are very comfortable.
