What if I get a new job with the Same Company while receiving severance pay?

If I get laid off from a job with Company X, and they are paying me severance pay, and I then accept a new job with the same company, do I have to return the severance pay?

What if I would take a job with Company Y?

If it matters, I am in PA.

Talks about the reason for severance and what severance is… but do not address a rehire. but maybe the web site will help.
