Jehovah’s Witnesses: How did you find out from Scripture how many vacancies in the 144,000 were left?

June 1st, 2010

How do you know that there were any vacancies, if any, in the 144,000 class if Jesus offered this to first century Christians? How does the organization know the exact number of vacancies today without any records from the first century?

We don’t know, but you don’t argue with the holy spirit.

Once again, Tara speaks nonsense. Tara, why do you find it so fun to pretend to be one of Jehovah’s Witnesses?

(Matthew 22:14)  “For there are many invited, but few chosen.”

    few (fy??)
    adj. few·er, few·est

Amounting to or consisting of a small number.

Being more than one but indefinitely small in number.

Only Jehovah knows this because it is He who makes the appointment. When you are appointed, you will clearly know it. You will have a sudden increase in your ability to understand scripture and discern new light. I only know of one anointed witness on Y/A. He’s the guy ranked number three overall for most points. You can read his posts and see the anointing in them.

As for numbers, we keep records of those who took communion. For example, in 2009, the number of anointed Witnesses was 10,857.

Rather than worry about these details, I would be concerned about your eternal future – or lack of one. Do you want to live eternally on paradise earth? Would you like to find out how you can do that? The answers are awaiting.

By the way, Ali Jelly needs to remember that true worshippers of Jehovah should not judge fellow sisters in the faith. Truth Defender is forgiven, since he righteous zeal often gets the better of him.

There is no way of knowing that information as it is not recorded in the scriptures, nor does any human alive today know how many places are yet to be filled.

** The answer by "Tara" gives away the fact that she is NOT one of Jehovah’s Witnesses or in any other ways connected to Jehovah’s Witnesses. "Communion"? That’s Catholic terminology, not something Jehovah’s Witnesses use.

There is no earthly way of knowing as only Jehovah knows these answers.

Tara, go away you’re not a Jehovah’s Witness and it is painfully obvious.
